1.) Obama launches War on Women --
It was a stealth attack disguised as a defense of UN ambassador Susan
Rice. But those who can read between the lines saw it for what it was.
TheDC's Nicholas Ballasy reports:
"In his first press conference since the election,
President Barack Obama challenged Republicans who are calling for
Watergate-style hearings on the terrorist attack in Benghazi to 'go
after me.' Obama defended U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice, whose remarks on
Sunday morning news shows five days after the Sept. 11 attack have been
widely criticized by Republicans. 'She made an appearance at the request
of the White House in which she gave her best understanding of the
intelligence that had been provided to her,' he said. 'If Sen. McCain
and Sen. Graham and others want to go after somebody, they should go
after me. And I’m happy to have that discussion with them.' 'But for
them to go after the U.N. ambassador who had nothing to do with
Benghazi, and was simply making a presentation based on intelligence
that she had received, and to besmirch her reputation is outrageous.'"
Let's for the moment put aside the question of why the
White House would send someone who had "nothing to do with Benghazi" on
Sunday shows to discuss Benghazi. But did you catch the sexism? Can you
imagine the president infantilizing a male cabinet secretary that way?
He was basically suggested Rice couldn't fight her own battles. She
needed a man to step in and fend off her critics. Mr. President, you
just set back women back a hundred years.

Obama is the president of Fools
Some
people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way that you can
quickly understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic .
Someone over there has it figured out. It was translated into English
from an article in the Prague newspaper Prager Zeitungon
"The
danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of
entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to
limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the
necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate
willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much
deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of
what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind
anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The
Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool.
It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who
made him their president."
Obama back to golfing
As victims of the devastating hurricane Sandy struggle to dig themselves out of the mess, Obama ignores them to go golfing, thinking that everything is fine. Why is he not out there helping them out? He said that there would be no red tape and that they would get everything they need to get back on their feet. Well it has been a disaster and now the news says that communities are stepping in to help each other (which is how it should be). But the government and FEMA and (our tax dollars) say that they are there to help them out. What a joke!!
An online article:
President Barack Obama is spending his first Saturday after winning reelection on the golf course. Today’s outing is to the course on Andrews Air Force Base.
“Motorcade arrived at Andrews Air Force Base at 11:01 am after an uneventful ride,” the pool report reads. “President Obama is playing golf with three White House aides: Eugene Kang, Joe Paulson and trip director Marvin Nicholson, according to a White House official. Pool is holding at the Andrews fast food court for the next few hours.”
Toward the end of the campaign, Obama seemed to have eased off his golf game. He did, however, play on August 4, his 51 birthday, which was his 104 round of golf as president of the United States.

Out of the mouth of a Mexican
I heard on the radio a Mexican who is in the United States explaining the reason why Mexicans are coming to America. "The Mexicans feel that the Government is the source of Wealth."

Do you even Care?
For all you people who voted for Obama. Do you even care that there are still
terrorists out there that hate the American People? Do you even care that an Ambassador and three other men got
killed in Benghazi
by these terrorist? Do you even care? Do you even care that Obama and his administration
covered it all up by saying that is was a video mocking Mohammad? Do you even care that Obama has lied to us
that Al-Qaeda is dead? Wake up and start
learning what is really going on in this world.
The terrorists are not going away just because Bin Laden is dead.
Why should I pay more taxes?
This is from Letters to the editor in our newspaper (Sat 11.3.2012)
Obama has poor business track record
The following are companies that were funded by the current administration and that are now bankrupt, taking with them the tax dollars listed after their names. All these companies were supplied with our tax dollars in an attempt to choose the winners and they all ended up being losers.
Do you think a person with a business background would have made such a blunder in wasting our hard earned tax dollars?
It is time to have someone in office who understands business.

My answer to this letter - When you total all these up it is a staggering number of 3,890,700,000.00 (basically about 3.9 BILLION) Why should I be paying taxes if the government is just throwing away my money? Why should my family work so hard at our jobs just to pay more taxes to government who tries pick winners or losers in business? The government should not take my money which I could use to help my own business stay in business. The government is giving it to Losers!!! No more risks taking. The government should stay out of the business world and do what it is supposed to do - Take care of the National defense and stay our of our way!

Obama has won :(
Obama has won and I have either cried or been on the verge of tears and been a total wreck for the whole day. I feel like I have been slapped in the face by the people who voted for Obama. Either they want the country to fail or they are not smart enough to understand what is really happening to this country. I am very depressed and don't know what will happen in the future. I don't trust Obama or the government to look out for me. Obama hates people like me and he doesn't want me to be happy. It is a very sad day today. Everyone I talked to about this election is also very depressed. I don't know what the future holds but I don't think it is going to be good!!!

The eve of the election
I am watching television and trying to get a sense of what is really going to happen on Election day. My nerves are shot and I have no idea how the election will go. The polls have been all over the place and Each side is very confident that they will win. I am hoping and praying that Romney will win. The last polls says that its Romney 49, Obama 48. As I was watching the TV I noticed a tweet scroll across the screen and it made me laugh. It said. "I feel like it is Christmas Eve and I don't know if I am getting the gifts that I asked for."
quote of the day
You can swear up a storm and use God's name derisively and it's protected speech. Say it reverently in a public place and you're deemed way out of line.
Bill O'Reilly's wise words
Here’s the big lesson from mega-storm Sandy: Mother Nature sneers at
high tech, mocks modern convenience and couldn’t care less about what
kind of person you are. She will smack you if she wants to.
As we have become addicted to machines, many of us have forgotten about nature. We must have gizmos. Sandy laughed and took them away. Power, gone. Internet, dark. Cell phones, not happening. Even your landline phone, not available, because “all circuits are busy.”
Suddenly, it’s 1850 with one exception: battery-operated flashlights and radios.
So what is the lesson here?
Actually, there are a few.
First: No government agency can help you when disaster strikes. Any assistance will be after the fact and painstakingly slow.
Second: In order to ride out any storm effectively, you should be self-reliant and resilient. That means you have to anticipate problems and have some solutions at the ready.
For example, where I live on Long Island, the power infrastructure is a disaster and has been for years. The power company, LIPA, simply cannot keep the juice flowing under duress. I have accepted that, and so I bought a generator. However, during Sandy, the generator did not work. You can imagine how many four-letter words were uttered. But I had a Plan B. I know some guys who can repair generators, and they fixed mine very quickly. I have a long-term relationship with these guys and will reward them.
So, I rode out the storm pretty well, and that’s good because there are children in my home.
Not once did I think the local, state or federal government was going to help me in any way. When President Obama speaks about government being there for you, I roll my eyes. In the history of mankind, no government has ever been there for the individual. Ever.
Sadly, we are becoming a nation dependent on other people and very reliant on machines. Sandy’s destruction brought us back to the 19th century, as the collapse of the machines was something to see. Many people were lost without their appliances because they are not self-reliant. They do not think ahead. They do not figure out Plan B because they don’t even have a Plan A.
Life is hard, and then you die. But while you’re alive, you’ll be far better off if you forget about the big-government nonsense, deemphasize the machines and begin incorporating the discipline of self-reliance into your life.
Sorry for the lecture, but my father always said that out of bad things can come some good. Americans need to wise up, and with the election just a few days away, we have an opportunity to do so.
We the people need leadership that will solve problems, be fiscally responsible and promote individual responsibility. The charlatans that promise big-government protection will always be around, but they are no match for Sandy and her furious friends.
That is the lesson of this terrible storm.

Nevada newspaper
The race in Nevada may be tight, but one local newspaper isn’t
mincing words about which candidate they’d prefer in the White House,
come January.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal goes where few media outlets will: criticizing President Obama. In their editorial endorsement column (via David Burge), the Review-Journal holds little back, slamming the president as unfit to remain the nation’s commander-in-chief. The paper specifically cites the Obama administration’s response to the 9/11 terrorist attack in Benghazi.
If you’ll recall, Obama travelled to Las Vegas just hours after the news of the attack surfaced. At that time, however, the White House was calling it a spontaneous demonstration, not a terrorist attack:

If you’ll recall, Obama travelled to Las Vegas just hours after the news of the attack surfaced. At that time, however, the White House was calling it a spontaneous demonstration, not a terrorist attack:
The Obama administration sat by doing nothing for seven hours that night, ignoring calls to dispatch help from our bases in Italy, less than two hours away. It has spent the past seven weeks stretching the story out, engaging in misdirection and deception involving supposed indigenous outrage over an obscure anti-Muslim video, confident that with the aid of a docile press corps this infamous climax to four years of misguided foreign policy can be swept under the rug, at least until after Tuesday’s election. [...]It concludes with more stinging criticism:
Not only did the White House do nothing, there are now reports that a counterterrorism team ready to launch a rescue mission was ordered to stand down.
The official explanation for the inadequate security? This administration didn’t want to “offend the sensibilities” of the new radical Islamic regime which American and British arms had so recently helped install in Libya.
The official explanation for why Obama administration officials watched the attack unfold for seven hours, refusing repeated requests to send the air support and relief forces that sat less than two hours away in Italy? Silence. [...]
When Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney promptly criticized the security failures in Benghazi, the White House and its lapdog media jumped all over him for another “gaffe,” for speaking out too promptly and too strongly. Prompt and strong action from the White House on Sept. 11 might have saved American lives, as well as America’s reputation as a nation not to be messed with. Weakness and dithering and flying to Las Vegas the next day for celebrity fund-raising parties are somehow better?
To return to office a narcissistic amateur who seeks to ride this nation’s economy and international esteem to oblivion, like Slim Pickens riding the nuclear bomb to its target at the end of the movie “Dr. Strangelove,” would be disastrous.BOOM. Now that’s an endorsement.
This administration is an embarrassment on foreign policy and incompetent at best on the economy – though a more careful analysis shows what can only be a perverse and willful attempt to destroy our prosperity. [...]
Candidate Obama said if he couldn’t fix the economy in four years, his would be a one-term presidency.
Mitt Romney is moral, capable and responsible man. Just this once, it’s time to hold Barack Obama to his word. Maybe we can all do something about that, come Tuesday.
Quote of the Day
"The crowd adored Obama, although not as much as I think he adored himself." Richard Cohen, liberal writer.

Quotes of the day
In 2008, his campaign was about “Change,” “Hope,” “Unity,” and in 2012
it has been “Big Bird,” “Binders,” and Bayonets.” If we become so
shallow as a people that elections are primarily decided by trivia
instead of the issues that will really determine the fate of our nation,
then ultimately we’re doomed to fail.
When conservative state legislators help fund public colleges that teach kids to hate them and conservatives watch TV shows, movies, and cable news networks that smear their beliefs over a morning paper that mocks God and looks down its nose at people with traditional values, it’s no surprise the Left has a huge advantage. Vladimir Lenin once said, “The Capitalists will sell us the rope with which we will hang them,” and today, conservatives are funding the very people who are hanging our country by the neck until it dies.
