What kind of answer is that?
question from reporter:
"When Did Obama know about the spying on other nation's
phones?"
White house spokesman - Jay Carney replied:
"He didn't know about it until he knew about."
(It goes down as one of those answers like Bill Clinton - "It depends on what the meaning of IS is.")

Obama omits God again.
According to a box now on the Ken Burns
website learntheaddress.org, Obama was specifically asked to recite one
of the other versions of the Gettysburg Address that does not include
the phrase “under God.”
But it seems that explanation has been
either added in response to the budding controversy or moved so as to
appear more prominently. A cached version of the page from Friday afternoon shows no such explanation:
TheBlaze has reached out to Burns in an attempt to clarify but has not received a response.
As TheBlaze reported last year,
there are several versions (up to 10) of the address. Some of them do
not include the phrase “under God.” However, the commonly accepted
Associated Press version does include it.
“The inclusion of God in the speech is perhaps the most significant difference among the versions,” the National Constitution Center says. “The
fifth version of the speech, which was signed and dated by Lincoln, was
considered the ‘final’ version and included ‘under God’ in its last
sentence.”
Original story below
Nov. 19 marks the 150th anniversary of
President Abraham Lincoln’s famous Gettysburg Address, the two-minute
speech delivered at the dedication of the national cemetery where
thousands of Americans died fighting the Civil War. But according to a
video of President Obama reciting the infamous words, “God” isn’t in it.
Obama and several other famous faces
(from politics, entertainment and business) recorded versions of the
address for filmmaker Ken Burns and his project “Learn The Address” created for PBS. But, in the video that Obama recorded on his own, an important word was omitted from the text: God.
WMAL’s Chris Plante noticed that the president dropped “God” and his crew also checked the other recordings.
Plante says every single famous face in the Ken Burns video recited the
speech and included God, and his team put together a sampling of other
people involved in the project using “God”:
Obamacare recipient no longer happy
The White House is "as sorry as we can be" that a Washington state woman held up as an example of the success of the Affordable Care Act marketplaces appears to be falling through the cracks, press secretary Jay Carney said Tuesday.
In mid-October, President Obama cited single mother Jessica Sanford as an exchange success story after she wrote to him after being able to sign up for insurance in early October. She's since learned that her state's system miscalculated her tax credit and that her out-of-pocket costs will be substantially higher than expected.
Carney said that the White House "certainly as sorry as we can be that Jessica can’t afford it" but that the law is still doing plenty of good. He also noted that Sanford still says she supports the Affordable Care Act and the president.
Sanford's complaints came to light after she wrote on her state's health exchange Facebook page that they had "really screwed me over."

1) Benghazi. He is for veterans. Ambassadors, psh. But vets, sure, they’re cool.
2) IRS targeting of conservatives and the religious. His actions have always been motivated by a sincere desire to do what is best for the majority. Screw the losers.
3) 100 million people signed up for 0bama’s Care. He is great with statistics.
4) He sat behind a desk looking concerned while our military killed bin Laden. Meanwhile, one heartbeat away is Joseph Biden Jr. — who disagreed with taking out bin Laden. Grin for the win!
5) Fast and Furious. He is one cool cat, obviously — instead of calling it “Weapons for Enemies”, he used a clever allusion to a great movie. Make that movies. Lots and lots of movies.
6) Spying on the media. He is for entertaining the masses.
7) Spying on everybody else. Some people find this offensive. Me? Eh. I’m sure we can trust everybody in the government.
8) Let us never forget that Barack 0bama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009. Yes, he was elected in 2008, and did nothing to earn it, but he’s… PEACEFUL!
9) Solyndra. I don’t know what it means but it sounds cool.
10) If you like your health insurance plan, you can keep it. 0bama said so!
11) Economic Stimulus. Because that’s what a stimulus is! Depending on what “is” is.
12) He’s black. And if you don’t agree that he’s wonderful, you’re obviously a racist!

FLASHBACK: Obama: 'I Actually Respect The Constitution'
Article written by Ben Shapiro
In 2007, then-Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) attended
a fundraiser where he blasted President Bush, telling the crowd, “I was a
constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president I
actually respect the Constitution.” President Obama, however, has been far less
respectful of the Constitution that Senator Obama purportedly was. In fact,
Obama has steadily violated a bevy of Constitutional provisions ranging from
separation of powers to specific elements of the Bill of Rights and subsequent
amendments.
This week, Obama unilaterally decided to tell insurance
companies that they could now allow sale of plans in the individual insurance
market that Obamacare had prevented, forcing five million Americans off the
health plans they liked. As Ken Klukowski of Breitbart
News has written, this is a violation of the Constitutional separation of
powers:
Obama’s announcement is a flagrant and undeniable violation
of his constitutional duty under the Take Care Clause. The provisions of
Obamacare causing enormous trouble for insurance plans are mandatory, and only
Congress can change those parts of the Affordable Care Act.
But President Obama has a history of violating the
Constitutional balance of powers. As Kimberly Strassel of the Wall
Street Journal has noted, he has unilaterally suspended enforcement of
immigration law; he has refused to prosecute drug law violators; he simply
stopped defending federal laws he didn’t like, like the Defense of Marriage
Act, in court; he issues waivers on Obamacare and the No Child Left Behind Act;
Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency has attempted to regulate carbon
emissions when Congress didn’t push through a global warming bill; he appointed
members of the National Labor Relations Board in violation of law; his
administration rammed through an auto bailout that screwed bondholders, as well
as a slush fund from British Petroleum. Strassel writes, “Mr. Obama came to
office promising to deliver a new kind of politics. He did—his own, unilateral
governance.”
President Obama’s respect for the Constitution does not
extend to freedom of religion – his administration has forced religious
businessowners to pay for insurance plans that cover activities in violation of
religious precepts. It does not extend to freedom of speech – Obama has
condemned exercises of speech he doesn’t like as violative of American
principles (see, for example, the infamous YouTube video Obama said caused
violence in the Middle East). It does not
extend to equal protection under the laws – Obama has personally intervened in
criminal cases like that of George Zimmerman.
Obama’s respect for the Constitution does not apply to
protections against unreasonable search and seizure, as Obama’s deeply
intrusive National Security Agency programs prove. It does not apply to Fifth
Amendment protections against taking of private property. It does not apply to
the Second Amendment, as Obama’s executive orders on guns show. And it most
certainly does not extend to the Tenth Amendment, which protects states’ rights.
Obama has never respected the Constitution. In fact, he sees
it as a barrier to his ambitions. That’s why, as a senior law lecturer at the University of Chicago, he lamented the fact that the Warren Court “never
ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth, and of more basic issues
such as political and economic justice in society.” That’s why Obama repeatedly
emphasizes that the Constitution stops him from doing things he wants to do --
it's an obstacle to be overcome, not the greatest governmental structure ever
created.

A picture says a thousand words!
During an education and outreach session in Memphis on Friday, Republican Tennessee State Sen. Brian Kelsey gave Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius a book that he thought she might need: “Web Sites for Dummies.”
