Obama accuses the GOP of trying to "Gum up the Works" for ObamaCare. But HE is the one gumming them up. Just see what his administration has done so far -

Employer Mandate - Delayed
Subsidy verification - Delayed
Out of pocket caps - Delayed
2000 plus businesses and unions - Waivers
Congress - Waivers
The only thing the GOP has done is tried to defund ObamaCare, but they have not been very successful. So who is the one gumming up the works and who is the one who lies all the time and talks badly about the republicans? Obama!
